Lately, some of our clients have walked in and said, “This feels familiar—but also kind of different?” You are right. At the end of 2025, we moved from the first floor to the fourth.
The new space is about 50% larger than our old one, with more rooms and a better layout. It’s not about being fancy, it’s just about giving our clients a more comfortable and private experience.

Early in the year, we partnered with the Asia Diabetes Foundation on the Jockey Club Precision Prevention Programme for Young Onset Diabetes. We provided family doctor and nurse consultations for at-risk individuals aged 18 to 44.

Most people don’t associate “chronic disease” with patients in their 30s or early 40s. They’re not on medication yet. No obvious symptoms. But the early warning signs are already there: elevated blood sugar, larger waist circumference, family history, sedentary lifestyles.
That’s what primary care should be about: stepping in before things turn into long-term problems. Not waiting for a diagnosis, but offering support and trying to change course early.
In February, we were interviewed by ETNet during flu season. We talked about the risks of flu and pneumococcal disease, and why younger caregivers are just as vulnerable as the elderly they care for.
In May, when measles cases surged globally, TVB "A Closer Look" invited us to speak about travel health and vaccinations.

Our travel health services now extend beyond corporate clients—such as teams setting up overseas offices or travelling for business. We are also seeing a growing number of students preparing to study abroad, working holiday makers, and independent travellers heading to destinations like India, Africa or high-altitude regions. Many of them come to us before departure for a comprehensive one-stop consultation and vaccination.
A few years ago, travel health was still a relatively unknown topic in Hong Kong. Most people didn’t realise it was something to think about before a trip. Through social media, interviews, and word of mouth, we’ve slowly helped change that. Now, for some of our clients, booking a pre-travel health consultation has become part of the routine. We’re glad you’ve made us part of your pre-trip checklist.
At the end of the year, we saw the highest demand for flu vaccines we’ve ever had. Our team put together a quick vaccine comparison guide and offered multiple options so everyone could find what suited them best.

This year also marked our sixth year in practice. Over time, we’ve come to recognise so many familiar faces. Kids who first came with their parents are now in secondary school. Some have even grown taller than us. A client once said casually as she was leaving: “I’ve been coming to you for jabs since I was a kid.”
To have been part of these families’ lives for years, and to still be remembered, chosen, and trusted across different life stages—that’s the most meaningful part of this work.
We also continued to run large-scale flu vaccination programmes for the Migrant Workers Office of the Philippines, as well as for schools and corporations.

Over the years, we’ve built a system that covers logistics, procurement, cold chain management, and on-site execution. That’s how we’re able to handle demand at any scale, season after season.
And late this year, we were selected as the student healthcare provider for a local university. For us, that’s a real vote of confidence from the industry.
It hasn’t always been easy. But your trust and support are what keep us going. Thank you for being part of the Shoebill journey. We look forward to continuing this path with you.
Looking ahead, we will continue to work diligently, step by step, with the hope of bringing you more surprises and wonderful experiences. We invite you to look forward to more breakthroughs in 2026, and once again, thank you for being part of our journey.🧡
