The Year In Review 2024
In this challenging economic environment, every step we take as has not been easy. We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to every customer who has supported us. It is your trust and encouragement that have allowed us to keep going.
The year 2024 has been full of breakthroughs for us. Our team has continuously pursued professional development, and our nurses have successfully passed the International Travel Health certification exam, becoming some of the first nursing professionals in Hong Kong to receive travel health certificates. We also embarked on our first company trip to the Everest Base Camp, a journey filled with laughter and tears. This 18-day adventure allowed us to deeply experience local culture and the challenges of high altitude, enriching our expertise in travel health services.
Moreover, we dedicated significant effort to building a brand-new website, making us the first in Hong Kong to enable customers to check vaccine availability and easily book clinic appointments online. We hope this enhances the experience for both local and international users. In 2024, we also participated in the Hong Kong International Travel Expo for the first time and made appearances at the exhibition and on television, introducing our services as the city's first private health travel management center to a wider audience.
Beyond our core services, we held over 200 outreach events, providing health services, including on-site vaccinations and health education, to schools, businesses, and organizations, reaching more than 10,000 individuals.
We are truly touched whenever we hear customers describe us as a "caring and inviting team." We will continue to focus on providing high-quality and affordable medical services.
