Jockey Club “Brain Health” Dementia Screening and Community Support Project

This project aims for "early detection, early diagnosis and early intervention" to assist community members with memory concerns in undergoing initial screening and receiving subsequent services.

Under this project we:

• Provide post-screening medical service for individuals with memory concerns, including doctor consultation and referral of brain scans and blood tests.
• Offer follow-up consultation and medication support for those diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment or early-stage dementia.

The project is suitable for individuals aged 60 and above who suspect they may have mild cognitive impairment or early-stage dementia. We’ve already helped many families through this initiative! Interested participants can undergo initial screening and referral through Lok Sin Tong.
